All local orders will be sent by local mail or courier service. We may contact you to obtain more information if necessary, for shipping purpose only.

International shipping

International orders will be sent by registered air mail. We are not responsible for any taxes or levies incurred in destination countries.

Returns

Due to the nature of the handmade products, there are absolutely no return or refund once items are shipped. In exceptional cases we may offer store credits or exchanges.
